Who we are

Quttouf is a dates shop at shop.quttouf.com. We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to fulfil your order and serve you.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional) and password (stored hashed, so no one can read it).

When you order: the recipient's name, number and address, its map location if you choose to share it, the products, amounts and payment method.

For gifts: the photo and card texts you upload to design it.

For complaints: what you write and the box or order number.

We never store bank card details; card and wallet payments happen on Paymob's secure page.

Why we use it

To prepare, ship and collect your order, to contact you about it (confirmation, shipping, delivery time), to confirm your number with a code at sign-up, to answer complaints and to prevent fraud. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Who sees it

The store team, each only within their permissions; the courier sees what delivery needs (name, number, address, amount to collect).

Paymob, to process online payments.

WhatsApp, to send order messages and the confirmation code (from the store's number or Quttouf's linked number).

Quttouf (quttouf.com): if you sign in with Quttouf we receive only your name, number and username — never your password.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies only: your session, language, currency and cart. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while the account exists. Order records (invoices and delivery) are kept as long as the law and accounting require, even after an account is deleted, but no longer linked to any account.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from «My account» → «Delete my account» on the website or in the app, or ask us through the Contact page. The account, addresses, notifications, scheduled orders and saved gifts are deleted at once.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and stop our messages. Contact us and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

The shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown at the top. We will tell you about significant changes.
